The Westlaud Oouaty Council has decided to actively support the proposal to establish an experimental agricultural farm in W®stland, with neoessary out-statioos in the district. and to urge the Minister for Agriculture to undertako the matter as soon as possible. The defence was that the man received no drink in the hotel, but came there from another hotel. The Bench ruled that the fact of being fouud druuk on the premises is sufficient to convict.
