QUEENSLAND'S NEW LAWS.
ATTRACTING MUCH NOHCE. Received February 21, 7.33 a.m. LONDON, February 20. Sir Horace Tozer, Agent-General for Queensland, has placed a contract in England for ten thousand tons of rails at 145s a ton landed in Queensland. Publicity has been given to Queensland's new laws enabling land in the State to be selected In London, and to the liberal concessions to emigrants iii regard to passage-money. These are attracting muob notice.
