HER IMPERIAL RELATIONS. Received February 21, 8.30 a.m. OTTAWA. February 20. Sir Wilfrid Laurier, Premier of the Domnion, speaking at the University banquet at Toronto, declared that Canada had no grievance as regards her Imperial relations, but if th« British institutions wore to be changed it should be in the direction of a union of the Empire coupled with autonomy of its different parts.
