THE ANNIHILATION OF NATIVES. Received February 21, 11.31 p.m. PaRIS, February 21. • Deputy Rouane, in the French Chamber of Deputies, severely attacked M. Gentle's policy in the Congo, declaring that it had been responsible for the annihilation of twenty thousand natives out of the thirty thousand inhabitants of that region.
