COLUMBIA'S PRESIDENT.
AN ATTEMPT ON HIS LIFE. Received February 21. 0.52 p.m. LONDON, February 20. An unsuccessful attempt was made on February 10th to assassinate the President of Colombia. Eight shots wero tired, five striking the President's carriage. The President escaped without injury.
