DUNEDIN SUPREME COURT.
, DUNEDIN, February 19. At the Supreme Court, the Grand Jury found true hills in all the cases. William Tucker, charged with an unnatural offence, was found guilty and sentenced was deferred. Neil McPherson, charged with - stealing a mare, was found not guilty, and discharged. The accused and prosecutor had been rabbiting together, and the mare was first bought by tbe accused, the prosecutor afterwards acquiring an interest. It was alleged for tbe defence that the accused had paid some of tbe proseuutor's debts, and he concluded the mare was left to hi'nS to dispose of as a recompense.
