WELLINGTON,' February 18. The Ciiief Juslice beard several divorce cases at the Supreme Court, yesterday. Bessie Duggan obtaineda dissolution of her marriage with Jamos Duggan, ou account of his misconduct with Ethel Hutchings. Frederick Wellsman sought to be . divorced from Martha Wellsman, on account of her misconduct aud desertion. A decree nisi was grpntediu this case, and alao in the case of Mary Smith versus Sidney Smith, Louisa Taylor versus George Taylor, Florence Kelly versus Percy Kelly, and Margaret Sanvig versus Kristian Sanvig
