IJHE HUNGARIAN PARLIAMENT. VIENNA, February 16. The Emperor Franoia- Joseph has sanctioned the dissolution of the Hungarian Parliament. , M. J. Justb, President of the Dhamber, states that he will only believe in dissolution when the building' has been occupied by aoldieis, and tne deputes expelled by bayonets. They would onlj yield to brute force. NO NEW GUNS—NO RECRUITS. i . i Received February 18, 4.30 p.m. VIENNA, February 17. The Lower House of the Reioberath adopted the Recruit Bill. The Ministry compiained that in Austria there were no new guns and no recruits.
