RESTLESS NATIVES. Received February 18, 4.20 p.m. CAPETOWN, February 17. The native at Ixopo, in Natal, are very restless. The Europeansi are not pertnrtied. The police are on the alert and in readiness to warn the inhabitants and the field force in the event of an outbreak.
