Claim for Wages. Frederick Mace, represented by Mr D. K, Logan, claimed from Thomas MoKay Drumniond, represented by Mr B. J. Dolan, the sum of £6O 18a Gd, for wage 9 for services rendered as assistant surveyor. After hearing evideuoe His Worship gave judgment for plaintiff for the amount claimed, less ss, with costs amounting to £7 8s 6d. Notice of appeal was given. A Poacher Prosecuted. Ernest Lopiiag pleaded guilty to a charge of having taken fish from the Kuamahauga River without a license, Mr 0. A.
