AUSTRIA.
THE PAN GERMAN PARTY. AN ATTACK ON THE EMPEROR. Received February 15, 8.57 a.m. VIENNA, February 14. The Pan-German Parliamentary Darty in the Abgeorduetenhaus, or Lower House, of Austria, intend to submit an urgency motion requiring the Emperor Frauds Joseph to surrender the Hungarian Crown. Count Sternberg accused the Emperor of ruining the Empire.
