NOTICE OF APPEAL.
ASHBURTON, February 15. The police have lodged notioe of appeal against the Magistrate's decision in the recent case against the Timaru Brewery Co,,' which was dismissed, the charge being in regard ato ten gallon keg of beer, which the prosecution alleged was not labelled as required by the licensing law.
