DISMISSAL OF THE POSTAL OFFICIALS. THri DECISION TO BE UPHELD. OHRISTOHUROH, February 13. The Mayor of Ohristchuroh received today, a reply from Sir Joseoh Ward to bis letter, asking for tbe clemency of the Government in oonnebtion with the dismissal of the postal officials as the outcome of the voucher affair. The Minister states that the case of the officials has been most carefully re-con-, sidered by Cabinet, but after reviewing the whole matter, and the surrounding circumstances, it was decided that the decision already arrived at was-to be adhered to.
