'lhe New Zealanders clearly outranked the British Columbians at all points, but the game was found to be highly entertaining by the Ameiican spectators, and there is much talk here about adopting it instead of the inter-collegiate game •whioh is considered to be too rough. The New Zealanders were banqueted to-night by President flarrison of the Olympic Club, IRELAND DEFEATS ENGLAND. Received February 12, 8.43 a.m. LONDON, February 11. Ireland, two goals and two tries (16 points), beat England, two tries (6 points).
