A WATERSPOUTI
DAMAGE TO RAILWAY LINE. DUNEDIN, February 12. A waterspout burst on the Rook and Pillar Range (Taierl), about 6.30 this{ evening, washing away the formation of the Otago Central Railway for a distance of threw chains. The goods train, which left: Dunedin this afternoon, was unable to oroceed beyond Middlemarob It is expeoted that the line will be repaiiredf in time to permit of trains running as usual to-morrow.
