CANADIAN TARIFF.
Received February 9, 10.36 p.m. OTTAWA, February 9. The Canadian Manufacturers' Association, reprasenting two thousand members, and a capital of £80,000,000 memorialized the Canadian Tariff Commission to recommend a tariff encouraging Canadian enterprise and to make everything "we can't get at home by our surplus requirements for possible British sources."
