OUTRAGES IN THE KHERSON DISTRICT. A NEW SECT STARTED. Received February 7, 8.47 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, February 6. Peasants in the Kherson district, in Southern Russia, destroyed a number of mausious in those parts and killed and maimed cattle. Somo shocking exhibitions of cruelty were witnessed. A horse's tail was tied to a windmill, and the animal was' whirled into the air and dashed to pieces. Straw soaked in kerosene was tied to the tails of other animals, and then set alight. Tho affrighted animuls stampeded, and eventually died in an exhausted state. A new sect has been started at Isaritsinsko, situated on the Volga, and are worshipping Father John of Kronstadt. The sect determined te offer up a human sacrifice. A woman assented to the proposal, and was aacordingly slain. BOMB EXPLOSIONS. Received February 7, 8.45 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, February G. A bomb exploded in a workingman's lodgings at Sonowice, killing five people. Anotbor bomb exploded in a cab which was being driven through the streets of Bielostok and killed the cabman and two youths. REACTIONARIES' SCHEMING. Received February 7, 8.45 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, February 6. The Reactionaries are scheming to issue a Bureaucratic Constitutes before the Duma meets oa April 28th. The elections will be held on April 7th. EXPULSION OF JEWS.. Received February 7, 11.50 p.rr. ST. PETERSBURG, February 7. Many Jews are being expelled from Moscow. *
