THE CONSTRUCTION OF BATTLESHIPS.
Received February 6, 10.40 p.m. TOKIO, February G.l The Japanese Government announce that at the National Dockyard they will be able to construct battleships of any size. It will be nooeseary to import only brass tubes and some auxiliary machinery.
