NAVY LEAGUE'S FKENZIED APPEAL, Received February 5, 8.30 a.m. LONDON, February 4. The German Navy League is making a frenzed appeal to the people to Bupport the voting for a big navy increase, pointing out that the bigger the fleet che greater the work man's certainty of daily bread. A great shipbuilding yard is shortly to be established at Lubeok.
