At a meeting of the Board of' Management of the Technical! Classes, the newly appointed Director, Mr Howell, outlined the proposed subjects for i-istruotion. The' Buildings Committee submitted plans for new buildings estimated to> oost £7,550, which it Was decided to forward to the Government,, for,' approval. Thtf Government baa promised a subsidy of £3,000.
