AUSTRIA AND SERVIA.
RETALIATORY MEASURES. Received January 30, 11.46 p.m. ,VIENNA, Jaauaiy 30. Austria has* closed her frontier against Servian oattle, owing to Servia and Bulgaria forming a Customs Union. Bulgaria and Servia aie replying to Austria's and Turkey's pruotests and decline to abandon the Union.' It is estimated that Servia will lose 1750,000 sterling in the first year's Customs.
