LONDON, Jaiiuary 29,
Router's correspondent at Tokio states that the actual outlay on the war was £99,000,000 on the army and £18,009,000 on the navy. The correspondent; adds that another £60,000,000 will be required for the repatriation of the army! and other expenses.
