FREIGHT RATES.
WASHINGTON, January 24. The Republican and Democratic members of the House of Representatives Committee on Inter stale and Foreign Commerce have adopted a Rate Bill, to be called the Hepburn Bill, providing for just, reasonable, and fairly remunerative freight rates, which shall be the maximum.
