BOMB OUTAGES AT ODESSA. NINETEEN GENERALS DISMISSED. EIGHT BOMBS DISCOVERED IN A PRINCESS' RESIDENCE. ST. PETERSBURG, Jan. 21. A bomb was thrown at Odessa, kil'ing live persons and wounding twenty. The Czar has dismissed nineteen generals who wore hostile to the programme of modern reforms. Eight bombs were discovered in Princess Rozolevskaia's residence at Moscow. The police allege that the bombs wore intended to be used to create a panic at yesterday's ceremonial of "blessing the waters," thas affording an opportunity of murdering Admiral Dubassoff.
