THE DEPARTURE FOR AMERICA. AN ENTHUSIASTIC "SENDOFF." Received January 21, 4.32 p.m. LONDON, January 20. The New Zealandera in London entertained the New Zealand Football. Team at a farewell soiree in the Holborn Town Hall. Lord Kinnaird read Barou Knollys' letter expressing the King's hope that the team enjoyed their visit, and wishing them a safe aud pleasant voyage. Hundreds farewelled the team at Waterloo Station, including the Hon. W. P. Reeves, Mr Roland Hill, Secretary of the English Rugby Football Union, and leading footballers.
