A TRIBUTE T,O THE KAISER. [Reoeived January 15, 10.57 p.m. ' BERLIN, January 15. At a banquet attended by 200 guests in Berlin, -to promote the Anglo-German rapproaohment, the Right Hon. Sir Frank Cavendish Lasoelles, British Minister, paid a high tribute to the Kaiser, and ex pressed gratitude for the confidence the Kaiser had always shown in him. The toast "King Edward" was drunk, with acclamation. The representatives of thirty-two Chambers of Commerce demonstrated at Cologne in favour of AngloGerman friendship.
