KNIGHT-JEFFRIES COMPANY.
Great pubilc interest has been aroused by the farewell visit of the above popular combination, who will play "A Royal Divorce," at the Town Hall on Monday evening, January 15. Mr Julius Knight will appear in bis famous impersonation of Napoleon, and Miss Maud Jeffries in her sweet womanly creation of the Empress Josephine. The Company supporting the two stars on the occasion of their lapt visit was undoubtedly a good one, but to make the farewell tour a noteworthy event, Mr Williamson has still further strengthened the combination. Miss Ploranoe Earner, who played so successfully m "The Marriage of Kitty," is now included in the Knight-Jeffries cast. All incidental attractions, songs, ballet and war tableaux are still retained; in fact, they have been elaborated considerably since the last New Zealand tour. The box plan is at Hollings'.
