AUSTRALIAN SMELTING COMPANY.
ISSUE OF DEBENTURES. Received January 10, 10.10 a.m. LONDON, January 9. The Australian Smelting Company haa allotted on subsciiption £170,000. Many of the original applicants withdrew, owing to the opposition of a small section of debenture-holders of the old corporation, who vainly applied to the Court for an injunction to restrain the issue.
