Moa bones are being purchased iu Japan! Mr E. 'J. Maurice, of Adelaide, has juat presented to the Public Museum of that city two moa skeletons whioh, he states, he purchased iu Japan. One was larger than the moa skeleton already in the Museum, for which the sum of JBIOO was paid. The Museum Board will requisition the State Government for funds to provide a glass case to stow the moa remains in. The bones now ia the Museum are valued at £3OO.
