RECIPROCITY.
AUSTRALIA AND SOU'l'H AFRICA. Received January 4, 1.15 a.m.. MELBOURNE, January 3. Mr Deakin, Federal Prime Minister, has received a communication from the Premier of Natal to the effect that he will do his utmost to facilitate any proposal of reciprocity between Australia and South Africa. The whole question is likely to be considered at the South African Convention, which will probably meet in February.
