THE CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNEF. By Telegraph—Press Association. JTbe Championship Tennis Tournament was ooncluded this afternoon.. Heavy rain fell all the morning and the courts were decidedly soft. Fisher and Miss Ward beat Swanson and Miss Powdrell in the semi-final round of the Combined Championship Doubles, 6—4, 6—-4. In the final Parker and Miss Nunnelly beat Fisher and Miss Ward, 6—3, 6—3 and won the championship. Misd Powdrell'beat Miss Koss in the final of the Ladies' Handicap Singles. The Ladies' Handicap Doubles fell to Miases Powdrell and Campbell, and the Combined Handicap Doubles was Won by Kiver and Mies Berkeley.
