PERSONAL NOTES.

Miss Jean Judge is spending a fewmonths' holiday in Auckland and Ngaruawahia, where she 'will attend the regatta. Mr. R. C. Major (Town Clerk) is spending his vacation at Stratford. Heis accompanied by Mrs. Major. Mrs. A. Thompson and daughter have returned from a holiday at Paraparaumu. Mr. and Mrs. C. Joss have returned, fx-om Plimmerton, where they had been, enjoying a brief holiday. Mr. Joss has now taken up his duties again in charge of the Upper Hutt Police Station.
