To the Land Officer at Switzers, TT7E hereby give notice that we intend to construct a water race for turning a saw mill wheel, commencing at a point at the junction of the right and left hand branches of the Winding Creek, and terminating in the Creek above the head of Wilkie's race. The length of such water race is seventyfive yards, or thereabout; and its intended course is north and south.
