(From our oum Correspondent.) Dunedin January 29. The case of Irvine v. Morrison and others, was continued in the Supreme Court to-day. In the aftei'noon counsel for both sides addressed the jury, and the case was concluded. Judgment not yet (7.30. p.m.) delivered. Auckland, January 29. The millers have dropped the price of flour £2 per ton to-day.
