No person allowed to enter a horse unless a subscriber of one guinea to the funds. Nominations for above races must be sent to the Secretary, at Havelock, with qualification money enclosed, on or before Monday, 21st December, at 9 p.m. Weights to be declared on Thursday, 24th, at 10 a.m., and final acceptance on morning of races for first day's racing ; wights for second day's racing to be declared on morning of races, before 10 a.m. Any horseß wrongly described will be disqualified. Any person entering a protest must deposit the sum of one guinea with stewards within fifteen minutes After competition ; same to be forfeited if decision be given against the •protest.
