WARDEN'S COURT, LAWRENCE.

(Before E. H. Carew, Esq., Warden.) Monday, 14th Decembeb. The application of John Wilson Christie for an agricultural lease of section 10, block V , Tuapeka West, was granted. Ej.im Shung, Ah Sam, and Ah Kit applied for head race. Alexander M'lntyre, who had applied for the same, withdrew in consideration of £4 10s. His Worship said he would see the spot before granting the ajjplication of the Chinese. Mr. M/Coy appeared for J£um Shung & Co.
