The Binds are issuable under the authority and provisions of the "Otago Municipal Corporation Ordinances, 1865 ;" bear interest at the rite of six per centum per annum, payable jialf-yearly, at the option of any purchaser either in London, Melbourne, Dunedin, or Lawrence ; and are secured on the Town Rites. The Bonds are for £100 each, or such higher amount as may be arranged witli any purcha/er, and will be redeemable in the year 1895. , The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
