The Bonds are issuablo under the authority and provisions of the "Otago Municipal , Corporation Ordinances, 1865 ;" bear interest at the rate of six per centum per annum, payable half-yearly, at the option of any ' purchaser either in London, Melbourne, Dunedin, or Lawronce ; and are secured on the Town Rates. The Bonds are for £100 each, or such higher amount as may be arranged with any purchaser, aud will be redeemable in the year 1895. The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
