{From our own Correspondent.) Dunedin, October 6th. Judge Chapman held a short sitting in banco this morning, and delivered judgment in tho case White v. M'KcUar, which was a motion to -review the Registrar's taxation costs. His Honor decided to refer the bill of costs back to the Taxing Officer for revision. At tho criminal sittiugs^John Blackely was acquitted on a -charge of cattle stealing, but a fresh indictment will be prefored against him to-morrow. Tho Gothenburg arrived at the Bluff this morning.
