(From our own Correspondent.) Dunbdik, September 25th. The Supremo Court occupied the whole of the day hearing argument Macassey v. Bell. His Honor reserved judgment. Afc an adjourned meeting of the Harbor Board to-day it was decided that Mr. J. L. Gillies need not at present give up his political position, unless it was found to interfere with his duties as Secretary to the Board. September 26, 9.25 a.m. The Albion with the Suez mails arrived at the Bluff at 8 o'clock this morning. The Glimpse, which stranded 'at Moeraki in Tuesday's gale was not much damaged, except severe straining received. The cargo of railway iron can be landed on the beach without much loss.
