T)Y an Order made by His Honor Mr. -^ Wilson Gray, Judge of theDistrictCourtof the Otago Goldfields, sitting at Lawrence in the above matter, dated the 16th day of September, 1874, on the Petition- of Richabd Westell Capstick, John Alexander Duthie, and George Capstick, Creditors of the said Company, the said Richard Westell Capstiok being also a Shareholder in the said Company, praying that the Baid Company be wound up. It was ordered that the said Company be wound up under the Provisions of " The Mining Companies Act, 1872 " : And by the said Order, Wednesday, the 7th dax of Octobeb, 1874, has been fixed as the day for a General Meeting of Creditors of the said Company to be held at the Courthouse, at Lawrence aforesaid, at the hour of 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of appointing a Liquidator of the said Company.
