M'Coy v. the Corporation of the Town of Lawrence. — Claim, £37 163, for professional services rendered and material supplied in tho preparation of leases. Mr. Henderson appeared for the plaintiff ; Mr. Hay, the Mayor, represented the Corporation. The case was adjourned to Friday next for the evidence of Mr. Herbert, at the request of the defendant.
