Tuesday, 4th Atrouss. (Before E. H. Carew, Esq., KM.) Boult v. Q. Leslie. — Mr. Copland, who appeared for the plaintiff, said that he believed the defendant was snowed up at Queenßtown, and he did not wish to take advantage of this. Adjourned to 18th of August. John Carson applied for a slaughtering license about two miles from tho Beaumont Ferry. His Worship said the application must be amended so as to show precisley vrhere the place was where the slaughtering was to be carried on.
