DISTRICT COURT.
Wednesday, 15th July. (Before His Honor Judge Gray.) IN BANKRUPTCY. 2?eM'Rae. — Mr. M 'Coy appeared for the bankrupt. Mr. Sutherland, supervisor, appeared at the request of the Judge, and gave such information as he could about the estate. It appeared that Mr. Mouat held some money, the proceeds of the sale of a house and land. There had been no dividend. Mr. Sutherland had no objection to the discharge being granted. His Honor said that though he was not satisiied with the bankrupt, he v/ouid accept the view pre.ssed on him by Mr. M'Coy, the bankrupt's counsel on the previous day, and grant the discharge. Discharge granted. Peiday, J7th July. (Before His Honor Judge Gray.) The Court sat pro forma, and adjourned to Saturday, the 18Lh, at 11 o'clock.
