The propei'ty known as Coma Tula, on Avhich ia erected a substantial sis-roomed House, built of stone, with the following Outhouses, viz., Dairy, Storeroom, Stable, Coachhouse, Smithy, Stockyard, and Piggeriea. The ground adjacent to the house is stocked with 1000 fruit trees in full bearing, and 1000 fruit and forest trees, various sorts. The remainder of the ground consists of about 60 acres of good land, laid down in English grasses, and securely fenced.
