Tho property known as Coma Villa, on which, is erected a substantial six-roomed House, built of stone, with the following Outhouses, viz., Dairy, Storeroom, Stable, Coach- - house, Smithy, Stockyard, and Piggeries. The ground adjacent to the house is stocked with 1000 fruit trees in full bearing, and 1000 fruit and forest trees, various sorts. The remainder of the ground consists of about 60 acres of good land, laid down in English grasses, and securely fenced.
