In reviewing the enLdence, he commented somewhat severely on. ; that of the plaintiff, who had to pay £1 costs. Grieve, f. Hay. — Settled out of Court. Mr. L Henderson and Mr. M'Coy for the parties. Grieve v. Jstutace.~C\aim, £11 19* 3d. .Mr. Henderson for plaintiff; Mr. Copland -for defendant. Judgment confessed. The [defendant, who was a laborer on the railway, Mud that he could not pay more than ss. a jreek. Plaintiff expressed his willingness to 'lake 10s a week, which his Worship said he was very reasonable of the plaintiff. judgment for amount claimed, to be paid as follows :— Bos before the Ist of July, and 40s |» month tfll the whole was paid.
