WARDEN'S COURT, LAWRENCE.
(Before E. H. Carew, Esq., Warden.) Wednesday, 20th May. The application of Henry Gaibraith for c agricultural 'lease was adjourned to the Jth inst. Ihe application of William Evans for a lining lease was adjourned to the 23rd June. Ihe applications of John Drew and Bernard Jal for res idence areas at Tuapeka Flat, were ijjonrned to give the Warden an opportunity if inspecting the ground. Ah Teh and others applied for an extended iimnear Fitzgerald's store, Tuapeka Flat. Ir. Copland appeared for the applicants, and lid the claim would not interfere with I'lntyre'sholding, which was near. — Granted. Tho same for a dam. — Granted. Philip Thyme's application for a tail race w struck out, as he did not appear. Air application of Ah Fie and others for an ■dinary claim was referred to the District Wneer. Mr. King appeared for the appli«B». - - . - - Phillip Duffy" applied for a dam. The pound was included m some land now under implication for an agricultural lease. Adjnrned until the' application 'whs decided.
