(Before E. H. Carew, Ejq., B.M) Friday, 15th May. Ford Morris.-— Settled ont of Court. The application of John Lomas for & slaughtering license was granted. In the case of Roberts v. Lancaster, and Smith v. Hutching, Mr. M'Coy made application that the summons might be served at the houses of the defendants, as owing t* their absence, the bailiff was unable to make personal service. Applications granted ; the time beiug extended in the first case to. the 26th May, and in the second to the 2nd June.
