WARDEN'S COURT, LAWRENCE.

(Before E. H. Carew, Esq., Warden.) Wednesday, 22nd Apeil. The application of James Cameron for an agricultural lease of section 54, block VII., Waitahuna East, was, on the application of Mr. M'Coy, postponed for one week. A residence area at Evans Flat was granted to Felix Donikowski, with frontage to the main road of 55 feet and depth of two chains. The application of Ah Soong and Ah Mong for an extended claim of one acre was forwarded to the road engineer for his approval.
